I’m Steve Morris
I’ve spent the last 20 years helping people think clearly about what they’re building.
Originally as a designer and UX strategist, working with startups and digital teams to shape products and services.
Over time I realised that the most valuable work often happens before anything gets built, when founders are still figuring out what the venture actually is.
Today I help solo builders and early founders step back, make sense of what they’re building, and shape ventures that are clear, credible, and worth pursuing.
Alongside VentureMap I run workshops and strategy sessions for organisations through my facilitation work, but this practice is focused on helping individual builders see their venture clearly.
